Request for Jira issue-creation permission (Hibernate ORM)

Hi, I have a Jira account on hibernate.atlassian.net but get “you don’t have permission to create issues” when trying to file a bug in the HHH project. I first hit this a few days ago and retried since, but the permission still hasn’t appeared.

Could someone grant me issue-creation permission on HHH? I have a reproducer ready for a bootstrap-time AssertionError (MappingModelCreationHelper.getPropertyOrder) triggered by @MapKey on a @OneToMany whose target has a composite id — reproduces on 6.6.1–6.6.50 and 7.0.9–7.2.19, not yet in the tracker.

Please take a look at the following similar reports about not being able to create Jira tickets:

We heard a couple of times from users that it takes a bit of time until newly created accounts are fully activated, so maybe try again the next day.
