Cannot report bug

I want to report a bug, But I can’t login Projects - Hibernate JIRA
When I click login the page refreshed but nothing happen.
How can I create a bug report? Or can I report bug on here? thanks

This also happens to me for at least 7 days now. Was fine before. It’s unrelated to cookies, browser addons. It happens in all browsers. Also mobile. And in private mode.
This is the error (in German) that shows as soon as you load the page (even when doing it for the first time)


Clicking on login just refreshes the page and shows the error again. There is no way to sign in. I assume that all users are affected that are not logged in.

Still happening in every environment.

Just tested it in a new browser installation.

@T3rm1 please try using a different browser, or an incognito window. We have users opening new Jira issues almost everyday, so I don’t think there’s an ongoing issue with Hibernate’s Jira instance.

As I already said, I have tried different browser, incognito mode, even different PCs. I even installed a new portable browser. Tried a mobile browser, with and without wifi. All have the same problem. Maybe you are geoblocking some requests for German users?
I can sign in to Atlassian without a problem. I have other cloud based Jira websites that work without a problem. It’s only the Hibernate Jira that causes problems. I’m out of clues.

The error even shows up without signing in. Just opening the Hibernate Jira is enough for the error message to show up.

@beikov @mbladel Please open up a support ticket at Atlassian. This is a serious problem.
Have you tried to open Jira in a private tab yourself? You should get the same error. This is 100 % reproducible.
If you don’t believe me, use for example this website to take a screenshot (https://www.site-shot.com) and this url (Projects - Hibernate JIRA).

It’s been at least 4 weeks now since this problem first occurred.

I can reproduce with both Firefox and Chrome. I’m raising a support ticket.

Clicking the Log in link in the box doesn’t work for me, but clicking on the top right corner icon gets me to a login screen. Maybe try that?

Agreed, that seems to work around the problem.

As to my support ticket… I just got told this is a known issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-94464
I can’t really affect prioritization on Atlassian’s side beside marking myself as affected (which I did). So… wait and see?

In the meantime, see Christian’s workaround above.
