Request for Jira issue creation permission (Hibernate ORM)

Hello Hibernate team,

I recently created a Jira account and am currently investigating a potential
concurrency issue in Hibernate ORM related to Session closing and
ResourceRegistry cleanup.

At the moment, I can browse issues but I am unable to create a new issue
in the Hibernate ORM (HHH) project.

Could you please grant me permission to create Jira issues?
I would like to report the issue properly and, if appropriate,
provide a reproducer and submit a pull request.

We heard a couple of times from users that it takes a bit of time until newly created accounts are fully activated, so maybe try again the next day.
