The bytecode enhancement plugin of maven is not visible in version 7.0
The plugin had to be rewritten (for the relicensing to ASL2), and while we were at it we renamed it to org.hibernate.orm:hibernate-maven-plugin. Someone forgot to document the renaming and to add a relocation artifact, though… I’ll try to get that fixed.
