Maven Plugin hibernate-maven-plugin not plublished since 7.1.7

Hello,

I am unable to report a bug in JIRA. Not sure why, as I followed the procedure, and was able to log into JIRA with my account. I simply have no right to create a ticket.

Out of despair I am asking some help here to report a problem with the latest releases of hibernate-orm.

The hibernate-maven-plugin has not been published to maven central with the last 2 releases (7.1.7.Final and 7.1.8.Final). See https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/org.hibernate.orm/hibernate-maven-plugin/7.1.6.Final/versions. This breaks our build when renovate tries to update the dependency.

All other 7.1.6 artifacts have had updates.

Any help to create the ticket would be highly appreciated.

Hello @yrodiere . I see that someone did indeed create a ticket based on my comment. See https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-19940 (thank you Marko).

Not sure what you are asking me to retry. I am still unable to create tickets though (it seems like people who have multiple Atlassian accounts sometimes face the same problem, maybe this is the issue). And the 7.1.7 and 7.1.8 maven plugins are not on maven central yet (I did not expect it to go that fast, no worries).

I had a look and your account is considered “invited”, which probably means you forgot to verify your email address when you created your account back in 2013. I re-sent the invitation. See if that helps?

I did not receive any invitation. I cannot even see my profile page in Atlassian. I will contact their support to get it fixed. Thanks
