Hello, I hope someone can help me.
I do not know how long support continues for each major version.

Please tell me about the definition of End of life in Hibernate.

The following URL states that only the latest major version is supported. Do you support only the current latest version 5.4?

However, 5.3 was released in April 2019, so it can be inferred that support is continuing.

Please tell me which major version is currently supported.

Also, if there is EOL official announcement page, please tell me the location.

Hi @yuki!

The current major community release of Hibernate is 5.4 which was released as of December 2018. From a community support perspective, that is the version which the article highlights as current.

The release you see from April 2019 is a minor release of the 5.3 stream which was originally released to the community as of May 2018. The team may periodically do community releases of older major versions for a variety of reasons, but its generally a good idea not to expect or assume this to ever be an ongoing task.
