The Hibernate 6.2 Getting Started Guide indicates that the tutorial zip files can be obtained from this location, but clicking the link results in an error.

Which getting started guide are you referring to. This one here is the official one and I don’t see a ZIP file being linked: Getting Started with Hibernate
