That plugin is used to make sure that the right WildFly is prepared to run OGM. It will install the required features packs during the maven build. I don’t think there is a plugin for Eclipse at this time (I might be wrong).

My suggestion is to run the build once via maven before starting to work with eclipse sot that the server is created. You can ask eclipse to ignore that plugin to hide the warning.
