I try to upgrade my project from hibernate.orm 5.3.4 to 5.3.5 but it fails to startup.
I start my persistence by using the method: Persistence.createEntityManagerFactory(“test_pu”);
and doing so i get the waring:

 WARNING: javax.persistence.spi::No valid providers found.

and the exception :

javax.persistence.PersistenceException: No Persistence provider for EntityManager named test_pu

what is going wrong?

Try to replicate it with a test case and send it to us to we can investigate it.

Ok after deleting de jar from my maven repository everything runs as expected.

Hi, please I’m having this issue too, what “jar” did you delete exactly that solved the problem?
